How long are academy programs?
You control the time it takes to go through academy programs. Your career develops at the pace you set, a pace you'll discuss with your Value Enhancement Coach. You can use the career-life situations to focus on your current needs, reducing time to your next career enhancement.
What results can I expect when you implement Meaningful Competence®?
When you implement even one Meaningful Competence tool, you'll reduce job and career frustration while increasing your ability to get the career enhancement event you seek. You'll know your value and feel that you have more options than supervisors and coworkers who don't know the about the Meaningful Competence® Toolkit.
When will I see results?
As soon as you implement a tool, you'll see results. When you develop Value-Added Outputs, you'll have clear expectations and know the value you bring to you and your organization. As you use the Individual Mesh you'll know what's blocking your progress. I'm not going to say you'll always like the answers you get as you implement Meaningful Competence, but you'll have what you need to build the job and career you want.
