The Career Accelerator

Determine  and write your Value-Added Outputs. Gain agreement of your Value-Added Outputs with your supervisor. Identify and gather metrics for your Value-Added Outputs.

Identify what issues inhibit production of more Value-Added Outputs. Create a clear career problem statement. Build a four-leverage competence development plan that increases your production of value.

Stay relevant through continuous communication of your Value-Added Output metrics coupled with your Relevant Business Results. Maintain a current resumé using these same metrics. Continue to improve and polish your value story and share it with your network.
